I was stranded in Saginaw at a store. My key had broke off, fell and I couldn’t find it. Mind you it’s after hours and all the dealerships were closed. After calling like 6 or 7 people. very frustrated and hot, I got in touch with Marti. Marti was awesome! He got there less than 10 minutes was fast and friendly service. He made me a new really fast. Not only did he make me new keys for my doors and ignition he fixed a problem that I have had fixed five different times. When I reached out to him he assessed the situation and was able to fix it the next day.After losing the keys to my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I called around for key replacement. No one would do it because they said the car was "Too New". The Dealership had no stock and said keys were back ordered for 2 months yet. I called Marti and was pleased to hear that he had keys in stock and would have my truck running later the same day. Marti was very Professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
